Maribel serrano

Maribel is a bold and dynamic leader in the professional, entrepreneurial and creative space. Her ability to communicate across cultures is pronounced as a modern-day U.S-raised and formerly undocumented Latina. Her personal life experience led her to become a trailblazer in her community, sharing her story across local and global platforms, while representing the Latino community at a personal and professional level. She's been invited to speak at universities, non-profits, law firms and other establishments like Malibu City Hall and IKAR Synagogue. Maribel is the subject and filmmaker behind the documentary My DACA Life. She aims to inspire a generation by reminding individuals, brands and corporations that authenticity is our strongest connector, and evolving with the times is vital for success. Maribel attains a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with a minor in political science from California State University, Northridge.
